My story
My name is Karter Machen, I am 24 years old, born and raised in Idaho Falls, I am an outdoor enthusiast, and I really like cameras.
Being raised in one of the greatest places on Earth taught me to have a love for the outdoors. I spend a lot of my time skiing, cycling, hiking, camping, traveling, and almost any other outdoor activity. I am always in search of the next goal or mini expedition to a high mountain peak or my next 100 mile bike ride through a national park! So, if you've got an idea, reach out and let's make it happen.
I am self taught in photo and video and it has been a wild ride. Fortunately, it has allowed me to drop out of college and pursue my dreams and the life I thought was going to be most fulfilling. From capturing weddings in North Carolina to filming shark diving in Hawaii, I have loved the journey. The people, the memories and the stories I am able to help share and the stories I am able to be a part of are the things I hold to be most important.
